We want you to be happy with AU IPTV. This policy explains our 7-day money-back guarantee and how refunds work for our digital service, alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

All plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service isn't working for you and we can't resolve it, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund.

2. Digital service note

AU IPTV is a digital service activated immediately after purchase. We also offer a free trial so you can test the service before you buy.

3. When a refund applies

  • The service could not be activated and we could not fix it.
  • A technical fault on our side made the service unusable and was not resolved in reasonable time.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges.

4. When a refund may not apply

  • Issues caused by your internet connection, Wi-Fi or device.
  • Incompatible third-party apps or hardware we don't control.
  • Change of mind after the service is working as described.
  • Breach of our Terms (e.g. account sharing or resale).

5. How to request a refund

Email support@auiptvpro.com.au within 7 days. We always troubleshoot first. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
