• After purchase you receive login details by email or WhatsApp, usually within minutes.
• Your details are personal and must not be shared or resold.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

3. Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice.
• Payment is made in advance for the chosen period.
• There is no lock-in contract and no automatic renewal unless stated.

4. Delivery

The service is delivered digitally. As it is activated immediately, please see our Refund Policy regarding cooling-off rights.

5. Acceptable use

• You must ensure your internet and equipment meet streaming requirements.
• The service must not be used for unlawful activity.
• Misuse, resale or account sharing may result in suspension without refund.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or factors outside our control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, AU IPTV is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or issues caused by third-party apps, devices or your internet connection. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
