AU IPTV respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We provide a technical platform and do not store copyrighted material on our servers. If you believe content infringes your copyright, you can send a notice as set out below.

1. Our role

AU IPTV acts as a technical provider of streaming technology. We do not create or own the content made available through third-party sources, and we do not encourage copyright infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA notice

To be actioned, your notice should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the material is located (e.g. URL or channel).
  • Your contact details (name, address, email).
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Our response

On receiving a valid notice we act promptly to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict access to the material or forward the matter to the relevant third-party provider.
